Hi,

anyone know how to hide contact in outlook 2002 ?

I have a contact that got a email and a fax.. is there a way to only see 1
contact (email) in the ( chose names ) windows when this one have both the
fax and email ?

ex:
If I create a new mail and do ( TO: ) I see 2 names from this contact. I
would like to see only the one with the email and not the Fax.

abc.... (fax)
abc.... (email)
