Add/Remove Programs and remove IE7. This will revert it back to IE6 without
doing anything else.

If all else fails I'll try uninstalling IE7.. how do I get back IE6?

I have been using OE6 for Hotmail access. I had been reading
synchronizing
new messages in my Hotmail Inbox for offline reading. Ever since IE7
was
loaded by Windows update I am unable to synchronize my INBOX. I now
have
to
go to each and every email I want to read offline and open it up so I
can
then read it offline. I am unable to force synchronization manually and
get
no error messages.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is this the right place to
discuss this issue. I would be tempted to call microsoft to resolve
this
issue but am currently traveling in Ecuador for an extended period. Is
there
a non 800 toll free number to call for Microsoft support?
