Default Deleting an automated message that I want stopped

Re-trying to delete that automatic e-mail...
It's not in my addresses. I am not sure where it is. I know that the
properties for my e-mail are good. Can my senders just block that e-mail
address? I have one more question. How can I get my e-mail messages comming
to my inbox instead of my deleted box? Is it possible to delete a message
rule? I tried unchecking the message rule but it won't seem to work.

How did you create it? Where does it reside? Is it stuck in the Outbox? Was
the Address Book contents included in your E-mail to your ISP?

I was trying to e-mail my internet provider anout a problem that is now
resolved. For some reason this e-mail turned into an automatic message
that
is now sent to everyone in my address book. How do I delete this and not
send it anymore?
I use outlook express as my default e-mail.
