Figured it out. Created a new Toolbar and added the commands I wanted.
Still working on the locking in place though.

I have a number of icons beyond the default which I have installed on the

closing. Is there a way to lock the toolbars to the chosen position?
Something along the line of Lock the Toolbars in IE would be nice.
