Create a new mail profile and configure it to use your current mail store - Control Panel-Mail Icon-Show Profiles-New.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, sepass2 asked:

| Tried setting up emails through outlook and clicked the wrong
| setting. Now when i open outlook i get a warning saying 'unable to
| open default email folders. Unexpected error. MAPI unable to load
| information service nwnsp.dll.

| When i click ok, the programme closes so i cant even go into outlook
| to sort it out.
