If you have Win XP open Windows Help and search for "fax." Fax services are
not installed by default. To send using a telephone line you'll need a
dial-up modem. I know nothing about sending from Outlook or Outlook Express.
However, fax can be thought of as a remote printer. There are some lower
cost 3rd-party fax apps available.
