When you click the "DELETE FILES" button on the General tab, there
should be a little POP-up dialog with and OK and CANCEL buttons. See
the attached image. Just above OK button is a line with a check box for
offline content. Click the box to check it before clicking OK.
This is for IE6. If you have installed IE7, it might be different.

Your IE Temporary Internet Files may be corrupted. In Internet
Explorer
select Tools, Internet Options, General, TIF Delete Files and in the
pop-up dialog check the Delete Offline Content before clicking the OK
button.
If you still have problems, for a workaround switch to read in Plain
Text mode in Tools, Options, Read, Read all message in plain text. If
already viewing the problem message, you'll need to switch to another
message then back for it to take effect. The picture files should now
appear as an attachment that can be saved.

While attempting tos save a picture from an e-mail to a folder, after
right
clicking on "save as", I get the message "the system cannot find the
file
specified". After further inquiry, I get the message, cannot find
C:\windows\system32\mshtml.hlp Helpfile. This takes me to System 32
folder
and tells me mshtm.hlp does not exist and may need to be reinstalled
from a
disk. What do I do next?
