line, the only rule that will run is the first one to run whichever one it

That's disappointing. as it stands now I have 2 rules to move specific
emails to a folder. This cause the email to double up.
I was hoping the rules could be edited just like VBA to avoid those dups.

Is there a place I can go to edit Outlook email rules? I have one that
checks for a subject line and one that checks for a sender name. I want
to combine them so the rule runs in either case.
Right now all I can do is make a rule if BOTH are true.
