In case you hadn't noticed, there is nothing standard about the interface to
proprietary Outlook files. There never has been. That's why we post so many
solutions to interface problems with PST files and NK2 files every day.

Yes? Try finding it when you don't know what it's called. I _did_ look.

To delete an individual entry when it pops up as a suggestion, use
the up and down arrows to select then entry and then press Delete.

Silly me, I expected a right-click on the list would give me options. Or
isn't that an interface standard any more?
