Ok, the problem is when I receive the form, I just receive a blank mail. That
is the problem.

If it worked well, then what's the problem?

Thanks Sue, But I did some test, I save my form as OFT file and I send it to
three differente users with three diferent domains, and it worked well.
Some points:
1) The "send form definition with item" box is unchecked
2) I have used the Edit Read Page.
I am not in a domain my email account is service provided by a ISP. Is
there the possibility that maybe is a security item?
Pleeease Help.

Usual causes of this problem:
1) Form is not published to Organizational Forms library or the Personal Forms library for each user.
2) Form designer did not click Edit Read Page and create a read layout.
3) Form has "send form definition with item" box checked on the Properties page in design mode.

I create a couple of custom forms in Outlook, but when I send the form to
other user, he received a blank form, without my custom design.
Somebody has any suggestion?
