Yes that line prevent any rules lower down the list from running. They
are "applied in the order shown" and the little blue arrows enable you to
move them up and down the order.

So you can say if it says Red, move to Red folder, stop processing rules.
and have a rule that says if it says Blue, move to Blue folder.

If you have an email that says both Red and Blue only the Red rule will
run .

That's disappointing. as it stands now I have 2 rules to move specific
emails to a folder. This cause the email to double up.

I was hoping the rules could be edited just like VBA to avoid those
dups.

Is there a place I can go to edit Outlook email rules? I have one
that checks for a subject line and one that checks for a sender
name. I want to combine them so the rule runs in either case.

Right now all I can do is make a rule if BOTH are true.
