We have Exchange 2003 and all clients are OL2003.

Most oopf the users use contacts from Public Folder with special permssions
and the Contacts folder is usually not used but for a few users.

I have seen some users that by them this option is grayed and they don't
have the use of their contacts.

If anyone can help with this, I would be very gratefull
