Office Small Business Version or Office Professionell. Both version have the
BCM, all other versions not.

It is on a seperate CD. Normally CD2.

MS website says that BCM is included on the office cd. We're using
volume
licensing and don't get the cd's. So where is it supposed to be found?
Cannot
find it anywhere in the installation of office 2007, either in
stardard,
professional plus or enterprise and the only BCM 2003 is available on
MS
licensing website.
