This question is about Outlook Express (or maybe Outlook). I see that you
have posted it to an OE newsgroup, but perhaps you misunderstood Access.
Microsoft Access is a relational database program. That misunderstanding is
perhaps understandable, but one can only wonder about some of the other
groups to which you cross-posted.
