Our department has a calendar used to schedule the conference room that is a
secondary calender on the Chief's secretary's Outlook account. She needs to
be able to share this calendar using the MS Exchange server on an XP machine
using Outlook 2003, but the system only allows her to share her primary,
personal calendar.

We also tried sharing the calendar as a .pst file in a shared folder on the
server, but only one user could access it at a time.

How can we share this calendar information for the conference room? We are
at a government facility and we are not allowed to install any 3rd party
software on Uncle Sam's machines.
