Default Search attachments from Outlook

Thanks

That is a good apporoach. I'll save the attachments in a temporary folder,
all as TXT files and search them there and then return only the once
containing the keywords.

Thank you for a prompt amswer.

You cannot search directly within an attachment's text. You would have to
save the attachments to temporary files in the file system and search them
there or load up the files in the parent applications and search that way.

Hello,

I am a new to this, but need som help on the following:

We need to search one of our folders regulary looking for keywords (6 pre
defined keywords) found in the attachmenst of the messages. Theese
attachments are always word documents or plain .txt files. When the
keywords
has been found the message has to be highlighten or drawn to our attention
in
any ways.

I receive several hundred mails per day, and need to find thoose few
containing the keywords in the attachmenst to give them priority.

Hope some of you have some good ideas for me to solve this problem.

Thank you in advance.
