Also, every Windows computer has OE on it. You can't uninstall it above

from the dbx files and them import those, but that would require a 3rd

extraction tool (see www.oehelp.com). You could then drag those
messages
into Windows Mail and then import them into Outlook from Windows Mail.
I don't know any other way to do it at this point.
