Thanks - I was trying to find out if there was a way with word, but I
appreciate the info. I created a button for insert autotext - I was trying
to figure a way to go the extra distance and get to signature directly.

As I already said, when you're NOT using Word as the editor, there is a
signature button, but when you are, you must specify a default signature
and then right-click on it to change signatures. You can also use
AutoText if you desire.
