This is hardly an Outlook Express question, but click Custom. It will then
show you what updates are available and what they are for. Then you can
choose to download what you wish. IMHO, I would always download Critical
patches at the very least.
Your notification, IIRC, does not notify you of optional, or low priority
updates.
FYI, there are exceptions, but for the most part, updates are offered on
the second Tuesday of the month.
