Mail profiles are user-specific. However, see this:

I should add that my ISP gives the ability to have multiple email
address's so that any name or word put in front of the @ symbol is
accepted and delivered. I then set filters in Outlook to distrubute
them to whoever in the family is the recipient
eg or would both get delivered as
the isp mail server doesn't care what goes in front of the @. It only
cares about the address after the @.
Not true. If it didn't care about what comes in front of the @, you'd be
receiving mail for everyone using your ISP. What you seem to be describing
are mail aliases for a single mailbox. As far as Outlook is concerned,
those are all the same account.
Why not all of you just use the same Windows username?
