Unclear post. "Second Mail Folder" means what precisely?
From your incomplete description, you appear to be trying to access an
Outlook data file that has a corrupt connection to your profile. Only you
could know how you corrupted this profile. Tell us the rest of the story.

I'm running Outlook 2003 and it is working fine except that when I try to
go to the Advanced options of the properties of my Personal Folders I get
the message "Operation failed. An object could not be found". What I'm
trying to do is go in there to compress the data file.

I have a second mail folder and I have no problem compressing it.
