cant sign in
You would be best advised to contact NTL World and have them reset your
password if you believe that to be the problem. And while you are talking
to them, make sure your settings in Outlook Express for your mail servers
are correct and ensure that you are not using any email scanner in an
antivirus or antispam program. Disable only the email scanning, but leave
the other protection features enabled.
