also, If I format my computer....what files do I save, in order to
bring them across to OE once my computer is up and running?

I assume you mean format drive "C:" and reinstall the OS on drive "C:"

The information on the OE account and the location of the OE data is
stored in the User's Registry.

Such as...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities

Therefore you need to make sure the user's Registry is backed up.

"C:\Documents and Settings\USER_ACCOUNT\NTUSER.DAT"

|
| I think that's needlessly complex as one can Export Internet Accounts.
|
| The Export (and Import) function for Accounts is just not in the main
| Export and Import submenu (in the File menu), but in the Accounts...
| submenu (in the Tools menu). (It's a little strange that File-Import
| allows to Import non-OE accounts, but not OE ones and File-Export has
| no selection for exporting accounts. But I guess there's GUIs and
| there's consistency and one doesn't neccessarily imply the other! :-))

The Registry has ALL the information. While it is the more complex, it is the most exact in
making the Restored system the same as the flattened system.
