You have to have an OE logon password, but not an Identity password unless
you choose to.
Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password

I had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall OE. How do I stop the window
from popping up that keeps asking for the the user name and password
whenever we open an identity? Passwords are not entered or selected in
"account properties" or under "manage identities". This has been an
annoyance since I've been using OE. Thanks.
