This query has already been posted to
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general -- sorry for multi-posting. I
found out about multi-posting and cross-posting after I sent the
earlier
email, so I know what to do in future.

I'm using OE6 with IE7. Normally, when I print an email from OE, my OE
identity name appears at the top of the page followed by the From, To,
Sent
and Subject lines and then the text of the message. With 2 recent
incoming
messages, the first 5 lines have been omitted from the printed page,
and
it
is only the text of the message that prints.

It has only occurred twice, and in the last few weeks I've printed
probably
20 other emails that behaved normally. The problem has only occurred
since
I upgraded to IE7 and created an new OE identity, to which all existing
messages were exported -- no idea whether either of these changes are
likely
to have caused the problem.

Has anybody struck this before? Any idea what causes it? How can I
fix
it?
Grateful for any assistance.
