A very rare error in the Western Hemisphere.
Is alt.windows98 (
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.windows98) even carried
by Frontiernet newsserver?

I'm having problems with some of my NG's. When I "Synchronize All" some
NG's update fine. On others (about 15), I get the following message:
Your 'alt.windows98' folder was not polled for its unread count. Account:

Server Response: '480 Authentication Required', Port: 119, Secure(SSL):
No,

I've never seen anything like this before. Does anyone know if this is a
problem with Outlook, the server, or what? Can anyone suggest a cure?
