After furious head scratching, jgmusic asked:

| I am having the same problem. It is a new computer with updated OS.
| Didn't change any time zones during set up. The current time zone is
| correct - EST. All the holidays are designated to start and stop at
| 3am.
|
| Any suggestions?
| Thanks

||| After setting up the US holidays in Outlook calendar, I noticed
||| that each holiday spans two days. For example, Thanksgiving is
||| marked on both Thursday
||| and Friday. Any ideas as to correct?
