How can you request a read receipt in outlook express 6, without the person
at the other end knowing that you have requested one.

Is there some software or a website reference the above??

Cheers,

I turn off read receipt responses; and I block third party receipts that I
am aware of. I don't know of any way to "stealth" your read receipt request
if the recipient is actively trying to avoid them, or look for them.

You also need to 'block' (not render/display) HTML and pictures (of
*any* size, i.e. also invisible 1-pixel 'pictures).
