Default Change from Outlook to Outlook Express
Whenever i send pictures using any of the photo managers such as
Picasa it always uses OUTLOOK to send the pictures
and not OUTLOOK EXPRESS which i always used in the past. If i send or
receive e-mail it correctly uses Outlook Express which i want . The
problem only occurs with Photo software. How can i correct this
