When you install the Trial version, you have to click on "Custom" install,
then select "Outlook" and make sure it is selected to install. If you have
an old version of Outlook on your machine, it will have a red "X" on it, as
it you apparently cannot have more than one version of Outlook on your
machine at any one time. You need to select the option to uninstall the old
version as part of the install. Check out all the tabs along the top of the
window to make sure you have covered all the options for the install. If
Outlook has a red "X" on it, you can right-click on the box with the red "X"
in Outlook on the menu and it will give you the option to load Outlook with
the install. Caveat - this is just from my recollection of the install
process I just went through, as I had the same problem. If you take your
time, you'll get it. It's very frustrating!!
Good luck!

It is, but you have to remove Outlook 2003 before you can install Outlook 2007.

I have tried downloading both the business and pro plus versions of Office
2007 and neither of them had the Outlook 2007 in the downloaded suite. The
downloads show Outlook 2007 as unavailable.
There doesn't appear to be any way to download just Outlook 2007 since it
simply takes me to the choice of suites to download.
What do I need to do to get Outlook 2007 also?
