Downloading IE/OE 6 ??

I'm sure you are all offering me a great solution, but:
A. I can't download the OE6 install file to my neighbors computer
because their dial up line is too slow. Fact.
2. I can't download the complete install set to my computer to burn
on a CD because after I download IE6SETUP.EXE and execute it it tells
me that I already have a later version of IE on my PC, even after
I uninstall IE and OE.
So ... I need a way to download ALL of the IE/OE6 installations
files (every damn one) in one fell swoop to my hard drive despite.
I can't reinstall from product CD because they have a Win98SE CD
which I believe has IE4 on it. My XP CD has IE 6, but is not happy
running on a 98 system.
There just must be a way to download the complete install image for
IE6 using an FTO protocol that does not check what I am running before
it lets me download it.
Please??
Please re-*read* the postings, especially Ricky's.
And pay attention to *how* ie6setup.exe is started:
[From http://www.compu-docs.com/ieadmininstall.htm :]
quote
After the file is downloaded into the Windows Update Setup Files folder
you created, Go to Start-Run and type in exactly (or just copy and
paste it):
"C:\Windows Update Setup Files\ie6setup.exe" /c:"ie6wzd.exe /d /s:""#E"
You must include all of the quotes (6 of them).

I.e. you don't just run ie6setup.exe, but run it with additional
options and parameters.
I have obviously not followed the whole process, but the start of it
and it looks like you can 1) select the target OS (i.e. Windows 98), 2)
download the right version, 3) burn it to CD and 4) install it on the
other computer, i.e. *exactly* what you need. AFAICT, the page has all
the neccessary information/steps.
