I am having problems setting up a new email account in Outlook 2002.
Messages appear to be received but do not appear in the Inbox (or anywhere
else, from what I can tell).

The setup process went okay and I got no errors. I double-checked all of
the relevant data (pop3 server, etc.) and it is all correct. I can
successfully send emails from this new address through Outlook, and when I
send an email to the new address, it appears to go through because I get no
error messages from the sending account (a webmail account).

Can someone tell me how to solve this problem??
