Default How do I add more email account capaciy on Outlook 2003?

Actually; I didn't use all of them but when email would come in to any one in
the office, it was downloaded on my computer so I could keep a master file of
client emails. Also, I have several company names and some associations as
well that I had. I seems like there may be something in the tools area that
works on this but I haven't got it all fugured out.
