You have exactly one option: Get a yEnc-savvy newsreader.

OE is not the best choice for serious downloading of multipart binaries in
any case and I assume WinMail won't be either. I don't expect to see a
yEnc-supporting MS product until a proper yEnc standard is written. In the
meantime, I use Newsrover. Xnews is a passable freebie alternative.
