Default How do I add more email account capaciy on Outlook 2003?

So I am now confused. What EXACTLY do you mean by "adding 20 email
ACCOUNTS"? An email ACCOUNT is an account that you set up for sending and
receiving of email - so I'm not sure what you are talking about.
