Default Used to be able to use Ctrl+Scrollwheel to change text size

Using a Logitech Desktop MX Duo keyboard and mouse (it's the MX500
mouse). I have not tried reinstalling the software for the mouse /
keyboard because this doesn't appear to have anything to do with that -
the function is part of Outlook, not a hotkey defined within the mouse
software.

What mouse are you using? Have you reinstalled the drivers?

After furious head scratching, Erin asked:

| Previously, I had been able to hold in the Ctrl key and use the mouse
| scrollwheel to adjust text size up and down in emails that I have
| received, and randomly this function stopped working. No software was
| installed or uninstalled from the system, and no other changes that I
| can think of from when it was working to when it stopped.
|
| I've done some searching through various support groups, but have not
| come across this yet. Any ideas anyone here can come up with I would
| greatly appreciate.
|
| Thanks,
| me
