There are two settings I need to adjust in a PRF file for using RPC via Http.
In the GUI, the settings are on the Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings Panel.
I need to clear both check boxes for the "On fast network Connections..."
and "On Slow network connections..."
I made the changes in the 2003 MST (and also used OCT for 2007) and exported
the new PRFs, but in both versions, these settings were not included. The
PRf whitepaper does not document these settings.
