After furious head scratching, Koby asked:

| Outllok 2007 is not syncing the notes field within an appointment
| correctly with a Windows Mobile 5 device. The notes will sync over

| 4.2 or higher, but the formatting (Font, Font size and coloring).
| The notes within the Notes Field of the Appointment on the Windows
| Mobile 5 device will show in the font Tahoma and nothing else.
