I have something similar to this. Before applying kb928388, all
appointments showed correctly, even during the weeks in March, October
and November. After applying this fix to the client, appointments
during those times are now an hour late.

It appears that the fix actually created an issue in this case. This
also appears to be what the original issue was in this thread. Anyone
know of a way to correct it?
