I have a user who just joined our firm. He brought his contact list with him
and I imported them. Previous and present firm both use Outlook 2003. The
problem is when he tries to send an email from his contact list, he gets an
NDR. If we type in the same address in the TO: line of a message, it is
delivered without a problem. What could be causing this? Thank you.
