Default Forcing the "Send teh response now" option when accepting a meetin

We recently migrated from GroupWise to Exchange/Outlook. When our users are
receiving meeting appointments, they are clicking accept and then receiving a
prompt to either "Edit the response before sending", "Send the response now",
or "Don't send a response".

Our meeting coordinator is having trouble figuring out who is attending the
meetings becuase people are choosing "Don't send a response", probably
because they are under the impression that the response has already been sent
as was the case with GroupWise. To ease the transition to Outlook, we'd like
to force the response to be either Edit or Send. Or even better yet, it
would be nice to have the "Send a response" option always fire off without
prompting. Can this be done?
