Default How do I prove I sent this email

I have tried on similar messages where it doesn't work but thank goodness,
on the one in question, it does and the evidence is there. In the old days
blame the postman for losing the mail and these days it is too easy for
folks to say never received the email.

Thanks for making me persevere.

try the same process on a several different messages.

its usually always works for me.
but I usually do it the hard way.
right click on a message header . select Properties, Details and then click
on Message Source. in fact at the DETAILS step they should show.

I run a small business and need to email customers with the 'latest news'
type of information. To protect customers confidentiality I send to myself
and all the customers as blind copies. I have a situation arisen whereby
one of the customers intends suing me as they say they never had a
particularly important email some months ago.

They are in the right folder (about 100 email addresses), in my address
book and to all I sent the same email. However when I look at the email I
can see no way of seeing who I sent it to unless there is a way?

Please help as my ability to prove is likely to save a claim against me
for £3,000.

Ken

Select the message in Sent items and press the Ctrl key + F3, you should
now see the bcc recipients.

You can copy that.

Hi Steve

Thanks for getting back to me.
Tried your suggestion and opened 'message source' details but definitely no
list of email addresses. Any other thoughts?
