Copy the PST(s) to some folder on your hard drive, taking care to NOT
overwrite any other PST of the same name, and then cstart Outlook and click
FIleOpenOutlook Data File. Browse to where you store the PST, select it,
and click OK. Copy items around from the added PST as you please.
