I use XP and have been using Int Exp 7 for several weeks. Two days ago I
started having intermittent problems when I opened Outlook Express. Some
times when opening it, it opened correctly but other times a logon box
appears which has my username and password asterisks but the little box
which says "Remember This Password" is greyed out. I have to click the
ok button usually twice before it logs me in. I have gone into
Tools-Accounts and made sure that the "Remember This Password" box is
ticked but it is still the same. I have reloaded IE7, switched off my
anti virus email scanner, deleted my email account and then reinstalled
it, deleted IE7 and am now using IE6 but the problem remains. Can anyone
please help?
