Default auto reply with a Pop3 server

Christine wrote:

I would like to set up an auto reply message but I operate on a pop3
server. From what I have read I can not use the Auto reply option, I would
need to create a rule which would reply to all incoming messages. The part
I can't figure out is how to create the message I would like to respond
with. The default template message is just blank and I can't seem to
modify it. Any suggestions?

You do realise that to do this your PC will have to be on 24/7 and Outlook
will have to be up and running 24/7? Have you investigated as to whether
your ISP has a "Vacation" message function in webmail?
