Default Position of 'TODAY'

I would have thought it was configurable because you can get 'today'
positioned on the top row when printing out a month view, also on print
preview, so why not view?

It find it frustrating near the end of a month when 'today' is near the
bottom of the page becuase it's at the end of the month. All I can see it was
has recently happened - and I know about that. I'm more interested in knowing
what's coming up...

How can I set my Outlook calender to show 'today' on the top row of the
month
view - rather than the default beginning of the month?
