Auto Accept Agent works great to manage resource mailboxes on Exchange Server
2003, except for cancelled meetings. When a user who is
the organizer of a meeting wants to cancel the meeting everything works
correctly but the meeting stays on the resources calendar (in this case a
conference room) as 'Cancelled: Original meeting subject'. The original
meeting time slot for the resource is reversed and now free but my users
consider the cancelation note that is left on the resource calendar as
clutter. It would be nice to be able to configure Auto Accept Agent to
automatically 'Remove from Calendar' the resources' notation for that
meeting. Currently, users have to go into the resource and remove the
cancelled meeting as a second step.
