Export the Excel spreadsheet, after formatting it in this manner (each field
is delimited using a comma):
First Name,Last Name,Middle Name,Name,Nickname,E-mail Address,Home
Street,Home City,Home Postal Code,Home State,Home Country/Region,Home
Phone,Home Fax,Mobile Phone,Personal Web Page,Business Street,Business
City,Business Postal Code,Business State,Business Country/Region,Business
Web Page,Business Phone,Business Fax,Pager,Company,Job
Title,Department,Office Location,Notes
You can then import that info into your existing WAB file or create a
"standalone" wab file as many users do, following the ideas in this link:

I want to create a Group Contacts list in Outlook Express.
I have 12 email addresses, each in separate cells, in an Excel
spreadsheet.
Does anyone know the quickest way to create a Group Contacts list with
this
information.
Many thanks
