any experience with Comcast and their capabilities?

You can but the cost-benefit would be WAY out. You may find that your ISP
has a "vacation" message service on its webmail server.....
Otherwise you can set up a rule to replicate this. But, be aware that doing
this would entail your PC being on 27/7 and Outlook up and running
24/7......
