After furious head scratching, Furry Biker asked:

| Outlook should have an appointment "shadow" before and after a
| meeting to suggest unavailable time just prior or after a meeting.
| This could show up on your calendar and meeting availability swim
| lanes. This feature should be configurable to show before a meeting,
| after a meeting, or both The length of the shadow should also be
| configurable in 5 minute intervals and can be different for before or
| after the appointment.
